UI/UX Designer

Job Title: UI/UX Graphic Designer

Job Summary: Looking for a challenging and a strong portfolio who can showcase their previous skills in UI/UX Development

Roles & Responsibilities:
· Design and create engaging user interfaces for
web and mobile applications, ensuring a seamless and visually appealing user
experience.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams,
including developers, product managers, and other designers, to define and
implement innovative UI/UX solutions.

· Develop wireframes, storyboards, user flows,
process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate design ideas.

· Create and maintain visual design assets such as
icons, illustrations, and graphics that align with the company’s brand
guidelines.

· Conduct user research and usability testing to
gather insights and inform design decisions.

· Iterate on designs based on user feedback,
stakeholder input, and usability testing results.

· Ensure consistency and adherence to design
standards across all digital platforms and products.

· Stay current with the latest UI/UX design
trends, tools, and best practices.

· Provide mentorship and support to junior
designers and interns.

· Manage multiple projects and ensure timely
delivery of high-quality design solutions.

Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Interaction
Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent
experience).

· 3-5 years of professional experience in UI/UX
design and graphic design.

· Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe
Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Sketch, Figma, or similar.

· Strong understanding of user-centered design
principles and best practices.

· Experience with prototyping tools like InVision,
Axure, or Marvel.

· Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is
a plus.

· Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye
for aesthetics and detail.

· Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to
think critically about user needs and business goals.

· Effective communication and collaboration
skills.

· A portfolio showcasing a range of UI/UX design
and graphic design projects.

· Experience with responsive design and
mobile-first development.

· Experience with prototyping tools like Figma,
Adobe, Canva, Illustrator.

· Familiarity with front-end development and how
design integrates with code.

· Knowledge of accessibility standards and
guidelines.
